1. Order Processing & Dispatch
Every order is inspected and securely packaged to prevent transit damage:
- Processing Window: Orders are verified and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours.
- Operating Days: Dispatches occur Monday through Saturday (excluding national and regional holidays).
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We partner with tier-1 logistics networks (including Bluedart, Delhivery, and Express Air couriers) across all major pin codes in India:

3. Tracking Your Consignment
As soon as your shipment is collected by the courier, you will receive an automatic email and SMS/WhatsApp confirmation containing your direct AWB tracking link.
Please allow 12–24 hours for the carrier system to update movement after label creation.
4. Transit Damage & Verification
If your package arrives visibly tampered with or damaged during transit, please notify our team within 48 hours of delivery.
Share an unboxing photograph or short video along with your Order ID so we can dispatch an immediate replacement without delay.
